Hello my lovely friends! Recently I’ve been trying to make my diet a bit healthier. By this, I mean eating more fruits & veggies instead of fatty foods. I find that substituting chips with a banana smoothie makes me feel so much better all around. I won’t lie though, it can be very hard, especially when you love cheese and pasta.
The best advice I’m going to give you today is to make the change. If you’ve been thinking about trying a healthier lifestyle, start today. When you’re grocery shopping, instead of buying chips & cookies, try getting some fruits that you think you would enjoy. The best part about fruits is that there are so many ways that you can have them. I love making smoothies and açai bowls because they’re so refreshing and fill you up fast.

In just 2 minutes I have a very rich and creamy smoothie that I can take on the go if I’m running late.
